Perfect Pitch did a great job with replacing our roof on our house and small barn. Production manager, Joe, was very good to work with and saw the project through to completion. They did tear off and roof installation in one day. I would recommend PP to anyone that would like a quality roof job done.

Garcia has a great team of installers who clean up everything, were careful with our siding, and had one of the lowest estimates. They use Malarkey Legacy shingles, and my research says those are considered a more durable brand because they are made partly out of recycled tires. After pulling off the old roof, Garcia found significant problems with the flashing around one of our windows, so the crew had to stay late to remove the siding, fix it, and put the siding back up. They did it without damaging the siding. I was worried it would add significant cost, but it only added about $300 to the original estimate. The crew sent me photos of the damage they found, and more photos showing the repairs so I could see it for myself. I appreciated the transparency. I had researched and met with six different contractors before choosing Garcia and the extra research paid off.

This place definitely deserves more than 5 stars. Found this place on google search figured we would give it a go. It is very cozy and comfy and fun inside. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing before we left we tried a cocktail and cheesecake for dessert, both were absolutely amazing. I liked the food looked and tasted fresh nothing, tasted like it was frozen or microwaved like some places. We will definitely visit again and I encourage you to stop by get a drink or something to eat you won’t regret it.

One of the best ‘New American’ restaurants in Corridor area for a lot of reasons and recommend coming here if you can afford it occasionally. However, I was surprised on one dish for missing the mark this round unfortunately. For only being here once though and they change up their menu seasonal, I’m hopeful their ‘too salty’ dishes are few and far between. The service was good as they were knowledgeable on menu items. The ambiance was moody. They also have a wonderful bar area with a large upscale selection of drinks. Bathrooms were nice and it’s great to view the kitchen working away in the back area.
Now for more food details. The group had the 5 course offering. Highly recommend the steak tartar as it was the groups favorite - “the Midwest’s poke bowl” . The least favorite was the scallop dish as it was way too salty it overpowered the flavor profile and was bitter. The agnolotti pasta, pork belly, and banana assortment dessert were delectable.

Best experience I've ever had selling a house. After three months listed with a traditional realtor, we had 19 (mostly performative) showings and no offers. In less than three months listed with Real Estate Exchange we had three showings, two competing offers, and sold the house for asking price with an expedited close. No communication snafus with buying/selling agents, no hassles vacating the house for showings to non-interested parties, and no commissions! Will never work with realtors again after proving how little value they add.
