I recently had the pleasure of working with Anita and Oscar at Aurora Fastprint, and they were just lovely on so many levels. Calls were answered promptly, I was never directed back through a website, and I received a genuine, caring human experience throughout my project. In this day and age of being perpetually told to download an app, engage with a chatbot, or otherwise avoid talking with a person, this is so sincerely appreciated.
I needed office signage produced and not only were they accommodating - quoting me multiple options - but they also proved timely, not only turning quotes around in very short order, but also producing a perfect final product in under 48 hours.
