I knew the clutch on my GTI was starting to go so this past Friday I called around to a few different places to get quotes on what it would look like. Out of the few places I called (including 2 VW dealerships), Auto Engineering was the only place that not only gave me an exact quote, but they gave me a recommendation for what type of clutch I should get given the circumstances. On Monday I took it in to Auto Engineering. After being initially told it would be done by the end of the week, the team ended up getting it done by Wednesday! I couldn’t be more happy with the decision to take my car to them as they were quick and extremely knowledgeable throughout the whole process. They even washed my car before handing me back the keys! I will absolutely be back for any services my GTI will need in the future!

Always a professional job with timely communication. I was due to pick up my car on a weekend (when they're closed) and some things got lost in translation and my car was still inside, up on a lift. Fortunately, a very nice man named Jim, who was cleaning, let me in and offered me snacks/drinks, and let me relax while he contacted Rick. It could have gone worse for me but I'm thankful Jim was there and showed such warm hospitality!! As someone who works in the hospitality industry, it was nice to see and really changed my mood. Highly recommend if you care about your German car and the work that gets done on it!

One of, if not the absolute best spot to bring your Audi in MA or the New England area. My Dad and I trust them to the fullest in taking care of our cars. He has an Rs5 and I have an Rs3. I have an Audi q5 that was having some issues with the computer due to previous owner deleted the vvt and egr valve it needed a hard reset and put back to OEM specs. Went to our local Audi dealership who had no clue what to do with it they wanted to change the computer. I took it to these guys who knew exactly what to do.
