Communication was great and he ran a moisture meter on the floor, walls, and toilet area. Nathan and Gratien assisted us and made sure we were pointed in the correct direction to move forward with our situation.

I've been meaning to update this review for some time now. They reached back out to me and provided explanation without making any excuses - and owned the issue. Mistakes happen. They didn't ask me to do anything in return but did, in fact, rectify the situation over a month ago. I now have my ring, done, the way we had originally planned to do it. The workmanship is great.
I spoke with the shop owner for 10 minutes when we met again to get the job done and am certainly left with the impression that he is very much a professional in this field. Again, mistakes happen and my job fell through the cracks, much like me updating this review fell through the cracks for about a month. The work they do, however, is verifiable good.
