Just a great little hidden treasure in Hanover, MA. It’s been around for years but in several out of the way locations. Inside upstairs in Merchants Row, Across the street from the old mall and now way in the back of Columbia Motors on Washington St. They have always had a large selection for such a small venue, lots of current titles, even some autographed copies of some books. Total gem of a bookstore tucked behind a car dealership in Hanover. I couldn’t believe this place was for real when I found it. This is an absolutely lovely bookstore with books for kids and adults with excellent customer service. It is family-owned and run. They have always helpfully ordered any book that wasn’t in stock. I stopped here to find a gift for my nephew’s 7th birthday. The shop staff was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. A nice bonus was that the store also carries a small selection of adult books, so I didn’t make it out of there without getting something for myself too! Will definitely visit again. It's giving... Ollivander's Wand Shop - but, you know, for books :) As a millennial bookaholic, I was wicked excited to find Storybook Cove so close to home! A small, quirky bookshop that is filled to the brim with both old and new titles. The staff has always been warm and welcoming. I even pre-ordered the Bridgerton collectors edition through them, and it was an extremely easy process. It's a win/win - I get to read the books I want/find new ones for rainy day and to add to the TBR, and I get to shop small in the process! If you're a book lover, Storybook Cove is a must!
