Ryan came out today to do an inspection. He was very professional, friendly and gave us the information we needed on how Orkin could remedy our problem. When I called Orkin yesterday, Debbie and Kim were both quick to get someone out today to investigate our issue. I was even able to text a photo of the bug in question to Kim to confirm what we were dealing with. My husband and I appreciate the prompt action Orkin took and appreciate the thorough treatment plan we are going to get to rid our pest problem.

Scott arrived on time after calling ahead to notify me of his ETA. He listened to understand the problem history while doing a thorough inspection of the water softener and its installation. He predicted the problem accurately based on past experience and then replicated the problem in my prewsence to confirm his diagnosis. He worked up several alternative proposals and then talked thru the pros and cons of each. He left and was back within 45 minutes with the repair part and finished the job within 30 minutes. We were very satisfied.
