He answered all my questions without being rude or impatient. He was very polite. He was very careful in leaving everything clean and to not scratch my floor as he was hauling the old unit out. I absolutely love this office. The staff is always so kind and incredibly accommodating, especially when it comes to working around my kids school schedules, which I truly appreciate. Today our tech, Francisco, was amazing so patient, friendly, and great with my youngest. Dr. Davis is also wonderful and always takes the time to make sure everything is explained and that we feel comfortable. Also the lady taking my x-rays, I didn't catch her name but she was great. I loved the staff. I'm glad I decided to go with invisilign and choose this practice. Office staff is great! They fit us in today after I mistakenly showed up the wrong time for our appointment. Tekeyah is wonderful and so patient with the kids!
I have been taking my daughter here for every dentist visit and this is the first time we had a negative experience. This dentist, Ana as she introduced herself was so condescending and rude. The treatment used on my daughter for cavities isn't working and I'm not comfortable with putting a 4 year old to sleep so the doctor said "we can try the treatment again, but if it doesn't work, she will need to be put out to treat the cavity or you will end up in the ER." Then proceeds to say multiple times that the medicine works like something is wrong with my child that the medicine didn't work for her. Even said "it works I know, I used it on myself and it's lasted 5 years." Well good for you lady! Tha
