Good location, good variety, good value, and good service. Purchased a used whirlpool washer from them for moving into our first house and didn’t want to pay a new price tag if I didn’t have to. Saved us a few hundred dollars versus buying the same model new and the unit is in excellent condition. Had the washer for a little over a month and still running good without problems. Pretty cool they give discounts for paying cash. They will give a smaller discount for paying card but I recommend paying cash and save as much as possible. They also helped load the machine onto our trailer, wasn’t needed but they insisted. Will be back for other appliances or call them for repairs if needed.

I had an excellent experience with the appliance service. Chance was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and, most importantly, was honest about the best options for repair. He clearly explained what made the most sense and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary.
The repair was completed efficiently, everything was tested thoroughly, and he left the area clean. I really appreciated his transparency and integrity.

This location has been pretty good to us so far. Front desk guy was nice and chatted with us while we waited for our oil change. Took maybe 45 mins-ish. I had the coupon for oil and tire rotation, which is a nice deal, but had left my phone at home on accident, and he honored it anyway which was very kind. I like them better than valvoline if only because they’re not trying to push other sales to you while you’re there. They just do the thing, tell you what’s good, or if something is funky, and move along. Takes a little longer but the time will pass anyway, worth it to me to have good people working on my car :)

I inherited a 2001 Buick Park Avenue with very low miles that was kept on a charger but hadn’t been driven in a while. When I checked it out, the blinker wasn’t operating properly along with the brake light and parking light. This was right around Christmas time. Called Oades and they were very honest about the wait time. We have other vehicles so, no problem. While the car was with them, Alicia was who I worked with. She was fantastic with giving me updates and letting me know what was going on. The issue turned out to be a little more in depth and in order to get to the root of the problem, labor was intense. I actually work somewhere that I am able to check labor times. Not that I thought they were lying, it was just a lot of work! The great hardworking people at Oades are honest, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. As stated before, we have other vehicles, we will definitely be servicing them here. I am a DIY wannabe mechanic, always trying to keep our family's four older cars going without breaking the bank. I was in a bind and needed professional help as one of my attempts to repair my 2008 Mazda looked like it had gone bad. The folks at Sallas were gracious, answered all my questions and gave me a few pointers before bringing it in. Once there, they all treated me like an old friend and continued to answer all my anxious questions, promptly got to work and was done by the middle of the day. He took the time to explain everything clearly, was honest about what actually needed to be fixed, and made the whole process stress-free. It’s a family owned shop and the owners are there every day in the front office, helping customers. They will be friendly, helpful and keep your car maintained at a fair price.
I’ve been taking my truck here for service for 5+ years now. It’s been a great experience. I have an older, but low miles and great condition Tundra, and they guide me through what is important to keep it in good condition. I appreciate these guys, honestly, it’s such a relief to find a good shop with fair prices where you just don’t have to worry or second guess what they say (unlike dealers…).
Be aware that they are a very popular shop because people around here know they’re trustworthy, so call a few weeks ahead of needing scheduled maintenance. I assume they are able to fit in more urgent services, but haven’t been in that situation, so just call and check and I’m sure they’ll be
