Highly recommend Oades Brothers and their team! Metcalf location went above and beyond to help get my 2014 Honda Accord back to good running condition. Jo also helped me with the Enterprise car rental. They are next to Autozone and they helped get battery replaced that I bought less than 2 years ago. Excellent service!!

I was in a panic, Saturday, engine lite on and 600 miles from home, I found Oades on my phone and was immediately assured they could get me diagnosed and at the very least tell what my problems were, they fixed me and had me back on the road in less than 3 hours, On A Saturday. This is the 2nd time I've had work done by Oades and I couldn't be any happier. They just replaced the oil cooler and sensors, new spark plugs and an oil change on my 2014 Wrangler. They found mistakes by people that worked on it previously. Thanks to that, Oade's secured me a $600 refund from that place. And now, thanks to Oades, my Jeep runs better than it did when I bought it. I highly recommend this place. The staff are friendly and they do great work.

My dashboard showed low tire, covering the miles per hour I was driving! The last time this happened I had to get a tire patch. To my amazement I didn’t need a tire patch , just air. They didn’t even charge me. There are still some honest auto repair shops out there. Thank you Oades.

This place was awesome. I had just had ran over glass on the way to my son's last HS soccer game and got a flat tire around 430PM on a Friday night. I called three other places about a tire repair no one could squeeze me in. Oades told me to come in and they would help me out. I drove straight there and arrived at 500PM by 530 I was leaving and made it to the second half of my son’s soccer game. They were fast, friendly, efficient and the pricing was great. I will definitely be back for tires and other services!

Drove up from out of state, had to replace my tires. They got me in no problem, service was quick&laid back. It was less then my own shop woulda cost me at home, too. And were very sweet and patient with my little and helped fix his toy, too. 11 outta 10!

Had a blowout on one of my tire's and was stranded with no spare/jack and no one else to call. I found Oades brother's online and within an hour they were there with a brand new tire . They installed the tire on my truck within 15 minutes of arriving on scene. Very fair pricing, awesome customer service, they literally saved the day for ne. I would recommend them 100 percent of them to anyone that has a tire emergency.

I walked in without an appointment because of the “low tire pressure “ light coming on late the previous evening. We were concerned because that morning we had to take a family member to the airport. I was greeted with a smile and told that they could fit me in to check the tires. Within 30 minutes the tires had been checked and filled to the proper psi., and at no charge to me. The entire experience was friendly, professional, and well done. We will definitely return when we have any car concerns.

So refreshing to go to a place that actually cares about their customers and not just their profits. I've been in and out with 2 cars like 7 times in the last year for different needs. Not a single time have I left thinking what I paid was unreasonable. Unlike lots of other places that I feel take advantage of me and expect me not to ever come back. I'll keep coming back whether it's a $50 thing or a $1,000 thing and I'm sure It will in the long run mean 10x more money for them than the other guys. Kudos to you all, I one day want to own and operate a business this way.

I inherited a 2001 Buick Park Avenue with very low miles that was kept on a charger but hadn’t been driven in a while. When I checked it out, the blinker wasn’t operating properly along with the brake light and parking light. This was right around Christmas time. Called Oades and they were very honest about the wait time. We have other vehicles so, no problem. While the car was with them, Alicia was who I worked with. She was fantastic with giving me updates and letting me know what was going on. The issue turned out to be a little more in depth and in order to get to the root of the problem, labor was intense. I actually work somewhere that I am able to check labor times. Not that I thought they were lying, it was just a lot of work! The great hardworking people at Oades are honest, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. As stated before, we have other vehicles, we will definitely be servicing them here.
