I am success story! I was out of work for almost 10 months, but Monty and Ken from Vaco Orlando office secured a position for me. I was slowing losing hope, but Monty and Ken persisted, and I start work in 2 weeks.

I have never really had an opinion on mechanics until I found Griffis Auto. Over the years they have gone the extra mile to ensure that mine, my husband's and our son's cars are running at tip top performance. I purchased a new car last year and when I was having issue with the dealership (that's a completely different review), they stepped in, backed me up and helped me resolve the issue. I will never use another mechanic as long as Griffis is an option for me. Their customer service is excellent, as are their prices and they really care about their customers. We even get a thank you note every time, even if it's just for an oil change. If you're looking for a new mechanic, give Griffis a go. You won't be disappointed!

This was such a wonderful experience I had to type about it! Eugene and Terry were extremely polite, knowledgeable and caring. I was overwhelmed by their kindness. As soon as I arrived, I felt prioritized, seen and valuable. In such a cruel world where everything is fast paced, it was nice to not be rushed but heard. Terry actively listened to the concerns I was experiencing with my vehicle. With the help of Eugene, we came up with a solid plan. I’m now excited to have a local shop that I can trust and refer to others! Keep being awesome!

The repair was completed as discussed, the leak was properly addressed, and the finished work looks clean and well done. Bernie, who performed the work, was thorough and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. From start to finish. Kyle was very knowledgeable about the product his company handled, the different shingles and warranties, plus the financing. I went with lifetime, which is transferable one time plus I do not have to worry about prices in the next 15 years. Steve at Honest Abe Roofing sent me a detailed itinerary for the dumpster delivery and all the product that we would need for the job. Alvin the crew manager along with his crew were courteous and kept me abreast of what was going on. They were fantastic working in and around the rain.
