Although we knew the process of buying a home, we had never sold a house before. Trying to do both during a pandemic was a daunting task. To make things even harder, we were already set on moving to a very specific neighborhood, despite low inventory around the Denver metro. He was always honest about the type of house I needed, and we were completely aligned—especially when it came to how big the master closet needed to be for me and my shoes!Alex did an amazing job explaining the entire process from start to finish and stayed on top of every little detail. He is absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire process, which for us took over an entire year due to the job market. While we were in another state, he would record houses that we were interested in and give his opinions both in the video as well as in his followup emails after he digested his thoughts more. This was extremely helpful as we learned about the Denver metro market.In person, his excellence is even more apparent. From the beginning the experience was epic! I reached out hoping to find the perfect team to work with my mother in transition out of state. There were two companies I had set to meet my mother. The first company she loved and immediately wanted to work with them. Tanya was set to meet afterwards and upon informing her my mother made a decision to go with another team, she was not disheartened.
