Our experience, start to finish, was wonderful. We did our research, and ended up going with Eagle Point Solar. Nothing against another local company here in Iowa City, but Eagle Point worked well for what we were looking for. Our point of contact with Eagle Point was, and still is, Chris Wiarda. He understood what we were looking to get out of our solar install. Never did he try to upsell us. For our residential install, what worked well for us ended up giving us around an 80% offset. The option was available for close to 100% offset. Chris took very good care of us, and he was a joy to visit with. The timeline for our install, and activation, was nearly spot on to what Chris had had given us. Everything was taken care of for the install and activation. Communication between Eagle Point and us was excellent. We were kept up to date on what was happening. The install team was very good. Quite efficient, and very friendly.
