I had a great experience with Mattress Firm both in the summer of 2024 and today. I had to pick out a bed for my dad when I was with him in Bonney Lake WA, and I was able to find something t that he really loved. I decided I also wanted an adjustable base with a new mattress, and Brenan really helped me find something that I think will make a difference with my sleep. I love Mattress Firm! Great employees! Very down to earth and positive. Friendly attitude and not pushy. Had an issue with our adjustable base right away and assumed we were out of luck.
