I had such a wonderful experience here, and I have to give special praise to Rick, one of the best salesmen I’ve ever met. He deserves recognition and even a promotion for the way he handles his customers. Rick was attentive, kind, down-to-earth, and friendly—he guided me through the entire process with patience and genuine care. He helped me check out peacefully, and our conversation was not only encouraging but motivating. He truly knows what he’s doing and made me feel valued every step of the way.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly at the front door by another gentleman who was very sweet and helpful, pointing me in the right direction. Then Chris stepped in and suggested some great furniture options. I took my time deciding, and both he and Rick supported me throughout without any pressure, just great guidance.
