From the dedicated staff, who always show respect, courteously and share the occasional snack to the AMAZING coaches (shoutout Amanda, Kat & Chad), my fitness journey wouldn’t have been where it is now if it wasn’t for them. As an individual who has always been active, Orangetheory has pushed me to obtain all my goals and then some. If you put in the effort, I promise you the workouts will transform you both physically and mentally. To the Bayonne staff, thank you and keep up the great work!!!!!!
