Highly recommend Falaya for selling your home. We listed in mid-January facing a tough economy, and mortgage rate and coastal insurance increases. The house was toured 13 times. We had a mix of buyers who viewed with and without realtors, so using Falaya was not a deterrent to the realtors. We got two offers on the same day - one without a realtor and the other with a realtor (asking for a 3% fee). The non-realtor offer was higher, cash deal, and NO realtor fees saved us over $10K for a buyer's realtor (and another $7K in the Offer. We saved another $10K without a listing agent. Falaya's customer service is beyond words to describe what an incredible help they were in this process. The online tools and the apps for scheduling the tours were excellent. After doing a lot of research on FSBO companies, customer service and poor online tools were the biggest negative reviews with other FSBO's. This time I went for the "economy" plan, as I've bought and sold quite a few houses by now. I still got good support, all the paperwork was done quickly. I saved around $10,000 in total seller agent commissions in the two houses sold with Falaya.
