Just had my Grand Caravan in for it's 100000 mile checkup and maintenance.
Also had some front end work , tie rods, front end alignment etc. All done in a day and they are very clear as too what and when repairs need to be done, then show you photos and quotes so you can pick and choose and ok the work right on the app. L&M is hands down the Best independent auto shop in Wichita! And as I always tell my friends and acquaintances, if you take your car or truck to anywhere else you take a chance on not getting it done correctly and paying too much! I've been using their services for all my vehicles for over 12 years and I have never been dissatisfied.

Took my truck into Christian Brothers (East) in August to have the timing chain repaired cost $5,500. Other than that it had no problems. Got the truck back took it for one drive and the engine overheated on Kellogg. Had it towed back to Christian Brothers took them a month to get back to me just to tell me I will need a new engine. I got in touch with everyone at Christian brothers including the corporate office in Texas, no one was willing to help me. That is until MHer....the new owner of Christian Brothers East called me and heard about my problem. He is a really good guy. I would recommend taking your vehicle to the east location. Not the west because the supervisor who overseen the faulty work of my truck the first time I took it in is now supervising the west location his name is Frank. 5 Stars to MHer and all the guys at the East location. Thank you and will take my truck in there for all future services needs.

We were trying to find something to do between drop-offs at the airport. It was a nice day so we were looking for something to do outside. We saw the review which mentioned all-terrain wheelchairs so thought we would try it since my wife needs to use a walker or wheelchair and also really enjoys plants. The staff person was helpful, the wheelchair was easy to use and maneuver and allowed all of us to see parts of the grounds.

We were glad to see so many staff supervising the activities and helping kids. It was noticeably better than other similar places.
It’s a big, busy place, but the upper level is helpful for being able to watch your kids. Encourage them to wear bright clothes so you can find them a little easier.

USAA offered a Fit & Active membership for an incredible deal. Having been a member over a decade ago before locating to the coast. Upon returning and the pandemic closures built a functional gym at my property that has every tool needed to get tone and fit.
With the offer did new research and visited the gym. Asked questions. What sold me on the membership is the spa qualities. And two pieces of equipment I do not have. Plus a few extras.
The big need and desire is for a spa day weekly. The dry and wet sauna plus cold room. Jacuzzi when the parts are available.
Going to Total Rejuvination is a lot of fun. It’s a spa and recovery location off of Collins Road. But I’m not able to weekly. Plus, enjoy doing what’s called “one of everything”. This takes about four hours and I’m so mellow afterwards need to take the rest of the day for chilling. I go a few times a year.
Besides the spa options for a weekly hour of bliss and recovery the two options equipment wise are the pool and the st
