We LOVE Dr. Brian and his team! Everyone is always so friendly, helpful, and thorough. I never felt like we were rushed through any appointments and yet the staff was always very considerate of our time. I just cannot say enough great things about the quality of care we received along with the results of our sons teeth! His smile is even more bright! Thank you Dr. Brian and team! I really enjoyed my consult with the entire team at Smiles. They were so kind and welcoming and everyone was so willing to answer any questions I had. Unlike other doctor or dentists offices where you can expect to wait 30+ minutes after your scheduled appointment the Smiles team respected my time and got started with me right on time. The office itself has a very inviting atmosphere and an organized but friendly air. I am so appreciative of Tiffany and how she answered all of my questions and hypotheticals thoughtfully and verified all the information she provided me. Trust me I'm sure I was a handful with being new to understanding dental insurance but she was kind and patient with me at every turn. Brooke was a doll and made the process of x-rays, pictures, and scans quick and painless. I especially loved how she walked me through the micro adjustments I needed to make when getting my scans and pictures taken. All in all I'm very happy to have started my orthodontics journey with th

My daughter & I loved this place. The appointment was so informative. My daughter loved Autum & said "can we have her on our next appointment" The facility is nice & clean. They offered us drinks. Everyone was so nice & professional especially the awesome lady Autum. The dentist even wiggled out a tooth thats been bothering her. Would definitely recommend this place for all kids!

The store was clean and comfortable. I never saw any associates walking the floor while I looked for a certain item. However, once I went to the register to ask for help, both that associate and I’m guessing the manager were friendly and the manager searched and retrieved an item for me that hadn’t yet been stocked to the floor.

Dr. Baldwin and her staff, especially Parker and Trevon are absolutely wonderful. I’ve never seen a more well run office. She is an amazing doctor who listens and explains everything. She also stays up to date on research and treatments. Her staff is well trained. I had an issue with some contacts and their customer service was superb. My kids see Dr. Nola and we have been happy with her as well. I would highly recommend this office.

I had a great experience at this eye doctor’s office. From the moment I arrived, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The staff took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had throughout the entire process—from the eye exam to picking out my eyewear.
Everyone was kind and professional, but Madeline and the nurse who checked me in truly stood out. They made the experience especially comfortable and positive.
I really appreciate the level of care I received and would definitely recommend this location to friends and family who are looking for an eye doctor.

Savanna welcomed me just as I walked in. She was very friendly and professional and didn’t waste any time getting her work done.( I was expecting to wait 15 minutes bec I was early) Dr. Broberg came in almost immediately afterwards and started my exam, she explained what she would do and got down to business. She was very thorough and efficient in everything she did. After she was done she asked if I had any questions and gave me time to think. After talking to another person about future appointments I left. I wish all of my medical appointments were this efficient and smooth. Thank you!!

Dr Randall was so kind and was absolutely wonderful with my 5 year old. The girl who did the first exams made my son feel so comfortable and that is quite a feat for him. The girls at the desk were really sweet too. We will definitely come back.
