Mecca was wonderful!! Best 90 min hot stone massage I have ever had! She even wrapped my hair up in a towel, it helped to preserve my natural flat iron for my birthday! Anje was great as well….I got my eyebrows threaded on the house for my birthday! Definitely will be returning here for future services! I love great customer service and just good quality service! The owner, Anju, is very warm and welcoming, and goes above and beyond for her customers. She really makes you feel appreciated. The staff are highly skilled and very knowledgeable. WOW! 5 Elements is a new business on Bardstown Road, and there is much more than you might imagine if you were to just walk or drive by. Haircuts, hair coloring, waxing, massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, threading, body treatments, and more. Salon and spa treatments are as much about the people providing the service as the services themselves. The people here are friendly and interested in building the relationships needed to be successful. I walked in off the street for a haircut and I got much, much more. I was greeted warmly as I walked in the door and was immediately engaged. After a few questions to make sure we were on the same page, Dalmin got me cleaned up. Everyone was very nice - Dalmin did an outstanding job and was very engaging - and there is so much going on at this salon and spa. There are different areas for different services, and everything is new, and clean, and well done! Had my mom and grandmother get treatment done here and they absolutely loved it. They liked it so much they wanted to come back here again. I appreciate everyone working here as well, they were very kind and they always have a smile on their face. It was a comforting experience plus the atmosphere was extremely pleasant and it smells amazing there. I highly recommend coming here for nice and relaxing time and experience. I’ll never go to another spa again. We came here for my wife’s birthday. We were greeted and led up to event rooms where they have music, mimosas, plenty of seating. The staff were polite and the place was clean and upscale. They paid attention the smallest details—and it shows. When you’re here, you’re family. Can’t wait to come back.
