My daughter just started here, after being at a different daycare since she was 4 months old, now 3.5. I wish i would have found RSG long before i did! They have been amazing since the first interaction. We are greeted with smiles at the start of the day and end of the day. Not to mention the communication through brightwheel is top notch. They have shown tremendous patience and guidance with my daughter as she is transitioning from no structure/routine to a set schedule daily. In just one week i am all smiles. Our son started at Ready Set Grow 4 weeks ago in the infant room. My husband and I were so nervous for daycare but Ready Set Grow has been absolutely amazing. All of the staff are so kind and truly care about each child. I do not have any anxiety dropping my son off because I know he is in such good hands. They also make sure to update the brightwheel app all day and keep us parents informed. Not only do I feel like he is safe, I also feel like he is already learning so much. Great communication. Family atmosphere. One of the few places I feel my kids are safe at and fully tended to. We have never had issues with diaper rash or personnel. I could go on and on about RSG, but I'll give you my highlights. The BEST communication between parents, teachers, admins. So helpful and understanding. This place does more than watch my child 5 days a week. They LOVE her. She comes home learning more than I ever thought possible. It's not just sit for 8 hours and color and play. The weekly lessons, the passion of the staff, the everything here is exactly where you want your kid to be. I was so scared putting my then 18 month old in daycare, freaked out of all the horror stories you hear nowadays. But here, it's like she's going to her family's house with all her favorite people. I absolutely love Ready Set Grow childcare and I highly recommend them!!! My daughter has been attending since she was going on 3 months old! She is about to turn 2 years old soon! When my daughter started attending RSG, I was so nervous but the teachers and directors gave me a peace of mind as I transitioned back to work. They maintained communication with me through the Brightwheel app. To this day, Anisha has always been so kind and supportive when I called or texted about my daughter! I really appreciate her! In the lower infant room, the babies did age appropriate fine motor skills like tummy time, grabbing and holding items. In the upper infant room, they worked on crawling and pulling up. Now That my daughter has been going there for some time (6 months) I wanted to circle back and write another review. The greatness has not worn off, in fact I find more and more reasons to love RSG daily. My daughter absolutely loves this daycare/school. She came from a place not structured with no consistency so the adjustment took some time, but she has flourished so much in just the little time she has been there, they also do soo many different things for the kids, farmer steve, picture day, and so much more.
