The menu celebrater our theme with vibrant ingredients, responsibly harvested seafood, and heritage grains prepared witl French technique. Each plate felt alive with color ar intention. The servers were warm, gracious, and deeply. knowledgeable about the ingredients, adding personal dimension to the experience. All of our guests loved, and I do mean LOVED the food. Fuel Chef is absolutely amazing. Frank and his team do an incredible job every single week. I’ve been ordering consistently for over a year and a half, and the food truly never misses. Every meal is flavorful, fresh, and something I actually look forward to eating every day, even when I’m cutting. That alone says a lot. We used John Claude Catering for our wedding last weekend and could not be happier! The food was delicious, the bar service was fantastic, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. Cannot say enough good things about Kristi. She was so organized, communicative, knowledgeable, and really worked with us on a package and schedule that made sense for our event. On the day of, her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make things as easy as possible for us was so appreciated. She even went so far as to prepare a special gluten-free plate of food for our son. Highly recommend!

Vincent clearly cares about quality and flavor of his dishes. 2 times we’ve used him so far - and both times were overly generous on the amounts, and the flavor and texture of the food was on point. There’s a good balance of different types of seafood and veggies in every dish, so you dont feel like he’s putting in more of whatever to cut costs on other things.Plus he’s a great person, and so is his wife.Absolutely recommend him.

We used Custodi caterers yesterday, August 9, 2025 for a party. We had heard from others and our venue how great their food and staff were. They definitely went above and beyond our expectations. The food was amazing. The staff Armando, Marybeth, Frankie were so attentive and helpful, it was truly a great experience. Would highly recommend for anybody to use. Throughout the entire process, he kept me updated with texts, photos, and even a video of the build in progress, which made everything feel personal and exciting.I also brought my 6-year-old son with me, and Neil took the time to kindly explain what each PC part did as my son asked questions out of curiosity.
