I first spoke with Dan over the phone and he was very professional and willing to listen. He provided first steps advise. He also accepted to help me with a faster turn around of a few hours for the diagnosis when I asked for it. Most places want two days. I went to the store and he was there ready to take care of my External hard drives. He mentioned that the costs for the diagnostic may be $69. However, he was pretty fair when later on he lower the expense to half based on the relatively simple work done. My first great experience will definitely take me back to Tech Studio

US Power was an excellent solar partner and we are relieved we selected US Power at a moment when we almost decided not to install solar.It was a chaotic time in solar installation. Many residents were rushing to get their projects done before the end of 2025 when the solar credit was disappearing. So installers were over-scheduling and over-promising. With contractors you can imagine that means they were promising installs and permits to be straight forward, and estimates of solar generation to be accurate. We had bids from 3 companies, but decided not to move forward because most seemed disorganized, rushed, and wanted nonrefundable deposits even if they couldn't finish the install before the end of the year. But then US Power appeared out of nowhere. They were knowledgeable and use the most sophisticated software to estimate proper placement of panels. As a US manufacturer, they gave us confidence that they would be able to stand by their 30 year warranty and weather the storm after

My service rep Tahirih, great at following up came over and stood as long as it took (5 hours) to answer all my questions and to fully inform me, even reaching out to her boss that day James several times to help elaborate on details. James was very supportive of his rep and I had a good feeling about this team which helped me solidify my decision.Before the installation team came out Shane reached out to keep me posted on a review of what was being done, and alerts when the team would be out.The equipment drop off guy came early in the morning before the install team.The install team came out led by Jordan, about 4 guys. Jordan walked me through what they planned on getting done and how they were going to go about it, asked about my preference on a few things and let me know before
