Sarah is the best ER nurse I have ever had. She was so nice and personal. All the other staff was great but she was amazing. She got me a warm blanket and made me feel better about getting an iv because I was so scared, she kept telling me I was doing great despite me being so upset. Going to the ER is never a good experience but it is here. Totally recommend anyone to go here. It was so nice have such gentle people there to help, it was also very clean.

Another large reputable HVAC company in town told me my heat exchanger was broken during a routine maintenance call. The system was only 15 years old and we had not experienced any problems. Not only did they tell us the part was not under warranty, they quoted us an obscene amount of money to replace it so I asked for a replacement quote. I called Lower for a second replacement quote and after speaking with Todd about my experience, he encouraged me to have a second opinion about the heat exchanger and also that he was surprised that it was not under warranty. So I had Lower come run diagnostics on my furnace and they not only found absolutely nothing wrong with my furnace, they even called and found that the heat exchanger would be under warranty if it was bad. Thank you Lower!! You saved me a ton of money and headache and you now have me as a lifelong customer.

We are very happy with A-1 for our furnace replacement! Steve was very friendly and informative, but never pushy (which is huge in my book!) Shawn and his apprentice were right on time the very next morning to install our new furnace, since we had no heat! They were both very professional and did a great job. I will call A-1 going forward and highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC needs!

Hired them on short notice to repair an outside spigot and install a shutoff valve because it was leaking and a very cold periods was coming. Called them around 8AM and they had someone here by 10 AM. Very polite and very professional. The cost was reasonable for my short notice. They told me the cost up front and the technician was courteous and respectful of my home. He wore shoe covers in the house and covered his work area to protect my property. The work was done well, clean, and to code. He finish in 90 minutes. I would hire them again.

My house had bought a refrigerator in August and it some how stop getting cold. Even though our warranty had expired a month ago after talking to the owner Jeremy he not only decided to replace our fridge but he chose to do it free of charge and deliver it first thing in the morning. You don't meet professional business men and companies like this in late 2025 ANYMORE. Usually it's all about the money however, Jeremy chose to continue to build a long lasting relationship with us and for that we're grateful. Looking for an item on husbands birthday list. December 18th, 2025 about 3:00 PM.
My app showed it was in stock, unable to locate item. Clerk in tool area explained there was an issue with the shipment of this item and after helping me search for it he found the store on hand inventory to be incorrect. He immediately corrected the inventory and then took the time to locate the nearest store that showed they had it in stock. He gave me the direct # for tools for that store so I could call and verify they had it in stock prior to my driving there to get it. Very helpful ! That was incredible customer service !! ¥
