I got in to a room quickly. Spent less than 5 minutes in ER waiting room. I went in around 10 pm. Everyone was so nice and explained everything that was going on. I was in and out of consciousness but still remember them always being nice.

A very pleasant experience registration was fast and easy. Everything was explained upfront. It was not hours of waiting but very efficient . Everybody was nice. They gave me great advice. I would highly recommend this place.

Hands down would recommend this facility to anyone dealing with an urgent medical need. My issue was on the sensitive side and they were so professional and thoughtful through the whole experience. Put me at ease, listened, and absolutely took care of me to the highest standard. Dr. Herrin was great, as were his nursing staff.

Every time I have had to be seen, this hospital has not disappointed! The place, the staff - all top tier service and friendly, comforting and welcoming to people in scary/unknown situations. Recommended 5 stars! Bravo!

The only reason I came here was because all the urgent cares I tried were closed during normal business hours. But honestly I’m glad because I’d have to say, this is the best care I’ve gotten in Topeka so far. The nurse went the extra mile in her care for me and the doctor actually listen to my concerns. They both even made sure I had a very clear understanding of the medications I was prescribed and how to use them. I was also kept there until my fever and heart rate were lowered instead of being sent home right away. I felt like an actual patient and not just a number or quick money.

Hand's down the best doctor's office visit I've ever had! Easily the nicest, most knowledgeable, and caring staff I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing, especially the nurse who personally helped me. She was the best. 👌🏼 But, most of all Dr J Schreine is definitely someone who is passionate about helping people, and I'm super grateful for all of his help with my Brown recluse spider bite. My leg has improved so much and so quickly, in just the past few days because of him.. so I just want to say, thank you Dr Schreine! Bottom line, your not going to experience a better doctor's visit than with Topeka ER & Hospital. Thanks again guy's!

I love that Topeka has this alternative to a regular hospital. I’ve used it twice for emergency services and didn’t have to wait either time. They’re able to provide X-rays, CT’s and MRI’s quickly. I was impressed with all the staff who treat you with respect and care. Topeka ER is extremely clean and efficient as well.

All of the staff we met that day were friendly, courteous, efficient, and professional. I arrived at 8-am and they took me directly to a room. They did blood work, CT scan, and x--rays. They analyzed the results, gave the diagnosis, pointed us in the proper direction going forward and had us on our way by 11:30!!

quick service & the most polite staff ever in an ER. i was expecting to wait for awhile, like most ER's, but i had imaging & labs done before i had my clipboard paperwork done. i appreciated that since i was so sick. night staff was very attentive and helpful when i had to stay over night. making an event like an ER visit less stressful means alot.

I never thought I'd leave a review for an ER but I am so impressed honestly from the time I came in til discharge every single person I came across was so friendly, so caring, and just so helpful. Never felt rushed to be discharged or to take eating to the next step. Was provided a very nice bath robe, tumbler, and sound machine. Not that I ever want to return but if I ever have to I know where l'll be in good hands atleast!

They don't let you give 6 stars..but we sure would!!! Very friendly, nice, courteous, helpful, and patient. We don't go to the doctor very often but these people exceeded all expectations! PROFESSIONAL..WITH A CAPITAL P!!! Hats off to all the folks at Topeka ER & Hospital. We HIGHLY recommend them (and have) to anyone and everyone that will listen!!!

The short wait time to be seen and heard was unbelievable. The entire staff was incredible and so hands on. It truly felt and looked like how every ER should be ran. Within 4 hours I was seen treated and kept overnight for observation... The average waiting time in Topeka ER is 13 hours until you come here. You will be heard and understood and treated properly. ❤️

Sarah is the best ER nurse I have ever had. She was so nice and personal. All the other staff was great but she was amazing. She got me a warm blanket and made me feel better about getting an iv because I was so scared, she kept telling me I was doing great despite me being so upset. Going to the ER is never a good experience but it is here. Totally recommend anyone to go here. It was so nice have such gentle people there to help, it was also very clean.
