I’ve been taking my car to Importmasters for the last two years and my experiences have been nothing but great. Their prices are fair and I’ve had zero issues with their work. They recently performed a piston ring soak as my older model suv which had been consuming a lot of oil between oil changes. The issue has completely resolved. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I had been procrastinating changing my tires for the longest and of course the day that was the most busiest for me i woke up with my front tires FLATTT!!! you can imagine the frustration!!!. they were AMAZINGGG they ordered tires that got here within 20 minutes, changed my 2 tires and did an oil change. I was there at 7:36am got out by 9:10am. I made it to all my apoointments and job on time. Recommend. Great place!!!

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now. Excellent and trustworthy. They’ve kept all my cars (including an old, high mileage civic) in great shape and always let me know in advance if they notice anything else popping up that might need repaired soon. Fair pricing and they’ve been more than generous with their diagnostic time on several occasions.
More than once they’ve shown that they are willing to not screw me over when they easily could have. I brought in a cheap car for some expensive AC, steering, and other various repairs. They noticed a crack in the engine block that had been (poorly) repaired at some point and stopped all work and called me immediately. I ended up not going through with the other repairs due to the catastrophic issue on the block and they didn’t charge me for time or anything. I’ll be bringing all my vehicles here for as long as I live in KC.

I couldn't recommend TMS more. I have taken multiple vehicles here and always had pure honestly, quick service, and very reasonable prices. I replaced the knock sensor in my own Silverado and when I went to start it back up, I had nothing. I had the vehicle towed and they looked it over right away. They could've told me I managed to blow my engine, but it turns out it was just one wire that wasn't plugged in properly. They secured it and didn't charge me a thing. 11/10.

I'm more than pleased with Sallas off Hickman Mills near the Grandview triangle. The shuttle service that took me home after dropping my car off was very Midwest friendly. They quickly same day diagnosed the issues that my car was having and sent me a report on my car with really helpful information such as some things that were really needing attention at a higher priority than other things and that way I could pick and choose what needed fixed with my limited budget, and what things I could wait on. They also had staff from the front desk lady making me feel welcome to Paul who was texting and calling with the information that was most helpful in addressing my concerns. This is a place that I would recommend to a friend or family member.
