I cannot say enough great things about Indy Black Car Service. As a parent, trust and reliability mean everything to me, and this is a company I trust completely with picking up and transporting my daughter. Their communication is excellent from start to finish, which gives me such peace of mind.

The Transit Center is a convenient hub downtown for all city buses. Living on the east side, this means that I must go downtown to the transit centre in order to visit points north or south (or even points east that are out of realistic walking distance).
The staff is generally friendly and kind although they play by the rules and don't tolerate exceptions. This comes with the public transportation territory, I suspect.
The restrooms are hardly anything special but acceptable (better than at the nearby Greyhound station, for sure).

Having recently used the Cincinnati public bus network, most disappointedly, I realise anew the importance and value of the IndyGo buses being largely on time and dependable.

I had a wonderful experience at Express Alterations! I came in after having my wedding dress altered elsewhere, and parts of it were unfortunately botched — I was even told they couldn’t be fixed. Wanting a second opinion, I read amazing reviews about Hanna and decided to visit Express Alterations with high hopes that she could help.
When I first walked into the shop, I was a bit nervous since it was quite busy and I knew my dress needed careful attention. After a few appointments with other staff members, I finally had the opportunity to meet with Hanna for a consultation. From the moment we met, she completely reassured me that my dress could be restored. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and understanding throughout the entire process.

I had my wedding dress altered for my August 2025 wedding and my maid of honor, my groom, and all four groomsmen had their outfits altered by LD Alterations for the wedding! LD Alterations did a fantastic job and the prices are incredibly reasonable. If you need alterations on wedding dresses, men's suits, formal dresses, or everyday clothing this is the place to go. They do it all.
When I received my wedding dress from the bridal shop it was massive on me and did not fit at all. Mina took extra care to ensure the dress fit me like a glove! She worked quickly but with careful expertise. She did a bustle for the dress' train and it was done so perfectly! The dress looked gorgeous for the reception and it truly exceeded my expectations.

MTC is a top notch travel company for school bands and choirs. Over the years, my kids have taken 5 trips with MTC. Two trips to Universal Studios, one to Chicago, one to Memphis and one to DC. Each time the communication and planning were excellent. I am always amazed at how well they keep a large group of students on schedule!
The most recent trip was to Universal Studios. A large winter storm was expected to impact the route home on the day the group was scheduled to depart. MTC stayed on top of the situation, consulting with a meterologist and communicating with the parents and tour group. A decision was made to depart 4 hours early. Due to this, the tour guide chose to modify the original park schedule, allowing the students the maximum amount of time in the most anticipated park, Epic Universe. I know the students really appreciated this decision as EU is brand new and most students had never been there.

I recently contacted ez travel for a last minute trip to Vegas. There was a hold time but I was offered a call back, rather than hold. To my pleasant surprise i received a call back the same day. I spoke with Ivy and she was great. She provided options to travel to Vegas. I was so glad they could accommodate the short notice. I reviewed the options and a few days later I called back and the line picked up rather quickly. I had the pleasure of speaking with ivy again. She booked my trip at a resort. I’m so excited and look forward to going to Vegas. I’ll update my trip details, because this is the first trip I’ve done with them. Thanks for making the booking process seamless.
Update… the trip was great. We stayed at Tahiti Village in Vegas, in the bora bora room and it was absolutely beautiful. It has a steam shower to die for. The jacuzzi bath is great as well. We had more than enough room for 4. The resort is beautiful and reasonably priced for food. Dennys is right
