My experience with Kay was mixed at first. I felt rushed into making a decision and then upon picking up my ordered ring, I realized that it was not a good fit for me. Nenah was incredibly patient and helped me find the perfect anniversary band. She was understanding, had my best interest in mind, tried several rings so I would know I had made the right decision. Just got my ring back today and I absolutely love it!

I've taken several rings I've bought at auction that needed repairs to Donaldson's and highly recommend them. The owner is extremely kind and knowledgeable. He's always as excited as I am to get my ring fixed and come up with a plan. Below is my most recent ring I brought to him. It was missing a stone and I generally wanted to replace the stone with a different kind. He went over all of my options and gave me recommendations. He thoroughly went through what all would be needed to bring this ring back to life. I picked her up today and she's absolutely gorgeous. I'm very happy to give this old ring a new life thanks to the help of Donaldson's.

I had a great experience at Calhoun Jewelers today. I had two watches for repair. One needed a new battery and the other needed a link on the band repaired. The young man who did the repair explained my options, replaced the battery and fixed the second watch’s band, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Emmanuel checked me out and added me to their system. He too was very friendly and professional. I will be back in the future. It’s a great place with a great experience.

Sarah is the best ER nurse I have ever had. She was so nice and personal. All the other staff was great but she was amazing. She got me a warm blanket and made me feel better about getting an iv because I was so scared, she kept telling me I was doing great despite me being so upset. Going to the ER is never a good experience but it is here. Totally recommend anyone to go here. It was so nice have such gentle people there to help, it was also very clean.

Another large reputable HVAC company in town told me my heat exchanger was broken during a routine maintenance call. The system was only 15 years old and we had not experienced any problems. Not only did they tell us the part was not under warranty, they quoted us an obscene amount of money to replace it so I asked for a replacement quote. I called Lower for a second replacement quote and after speaking with Todd about my experience, he encouraged me to have a second opinion about the heat exchanger and also that he was surprised that it was not under warranty. So I had Lower come run diagnostics on my furnace and they not only found absolutely nothing wrong with my furnace, they even called and found that the heat exchanger would be under warranty if it was bad. Thank you Lower!! You saved me a ton of money and headache and you now have me as a lifelong customer.

We are very happy with A-1 for our furnace replacement! Steve was very friendly and informative, but never pushy (which is huge in my book!) Shawn and his apprentice were right on time the very next morning to install our new furnace, since we had no heat! They were both very professional and did a great job. I will call A-1 going forward and highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC needs!
