I love love love the way they label all the LGBTQ books with tape on the side! It makes them easy to identify in all the sections which is awesome!! The owner is so amazing and we always have great conversations! Also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The selection is on the small side BUT they can always order anything you could possibly need/want. I like they also have a small selection of used books as well which is nice for those who don’t want to pay full price! Also their posters, pins, stickers etc. have such a variety that it’s always something new to find! I recommend this store to anyone just wanting to have a good chat about books or even just a good browsing time. The tea and hot beverages is also a nice touch for the winter time and my partner was really happy about it! (dairy and caffeine free options!)

This bookstore is whimsical! There are two levels with the non-fiction area being down the stairs and everything else being on the main level. There are so many great options and I love the fact that this bookstore sells cute book-lovers merchandise like socks and other little knicknacks! They also have art for sale and overall it's a lovely space to go and spend a Saturday exploring. 10/10 recommend!

I popped into this lovely shop after shopping for home decor next-door. This is the cutest place and they have a great selection of books for all ages. They also have scents for your home, which is what I purchased. I will definitely be back!

Brandi is a master of her craft! I’m always impressed by her attention to detail—she nailed the clean taper on the sides and the textured look on top exactly how I wanted it.
The shop has those great old-school barber shop vibes, but with the modern convenience of online booking, which makes getting in her chair a breeze. If you want a sharp, professional cut and a consistent experience, Brandi is the one to see. Highly recommended!

Wendy, Maddie, Reign, and Jazzy are the best barbers ever! I have been coming here for a few years now and I can’t tell you how great they have been to me. Not only from the cuts, and recommendations, but they truly care about their customers! Truly outstanding and highly recommend if you are looking for any haircut!

Daniel is hands down the best barber I’ve been to. He’s super professional, always on time, and really pays attention to detail. He makes sure everything is clean, sharp, and exactly how you ask for it. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Every cut I’ve gotten from him has been top tier. Highly recommend if you want to leave the chair feeling confident.

Called in advance to see if they validated parking. I tried their automated FAQs system before talking to a human. It said wasn't reachable. The human was helpful and told me to come over, no need to make an appointment (this was around noon on a Tuesday).
After parking behind the building and walking in, they directed me to re-park across the street.
I paid in advance for a haircut. ~$61. The front desk attendant was friendly, easygoing, and strongly encouraged me to follow them on social, which I declined. I was seated immediately.
The haircut itself was pretty good, considering I'm not great at describing what I want. I showed the barber pictures of a previous cut I liked. He followed that example for the sides, but when I hesitated after he dried it and asked how it looked, he asked if there was anything he could change. I asked him to take off another inch in the front, which he cordially did.
They took their time, I was in there 45-60 min I guess.
It's a casual, "eclectic" a

I used to drive to the doraville location whenever a friend has a birthday because their cake is far better than others. I am so glad that this location opened! The mocha cream bread was very good. The drinks are great too, and the atmosphere is nice. Feels safe, being in a nice neighborhood. The cashier was friendly.

Not necessarily authentic French food but not bad. Even if it was authentic, it may not guarantee that every place would be able to maintain the high level of authenticity or quality, especially since there are several locations of this business. I enjoyed their assortment of pastries. I only tried the pastries, not the savory options or drinks. The pastries are definitely delicately made and taste good. You got your traditional French pastries and some seasonal specialties. The pastries have the right amount of sweetness. I'd recommend it as a nice place to enjoy a nice environment and some tasty desserts.

We’ve been fans of Sugar Loaf for years, so we were thrilled to see the café finally open. We’ve already been twice, and it’s been just as wonderful as we hoped.
The space is warm and inviting, with beautiful natural light, plenty of tables, and counter seating that adds a little diner charm.
The biscuit sandwich was the first thing I ever tried from Sugar Loaf, and it’s still unmatched. I had the chicken sausage, egg, and cheese on a dabo biscuit this time and it may be my new go-to — but the pimento cheese biscuit is just as good. Their house-made chai is fantastic hot or iced.
We also stopped in for lunch and tried the drive-in burgers with sides of azifa and smashed cucumbers. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, perfectly cooked, and came out quickly with friendly, attentive service.
And don’t leave without pastries. The banana bread is truly special, and the lil’ Nebi sandwiches and chocolate chip salted toffee cookies are standouts.
