Blue Hen Quilt Shop is lovely in every aspect. The staff members are very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to share their experience. Fantastic fabrics! Everything in the shop is very high quality.The classes & instructors are truly outstanding! Classes are held in a well-lit room at one end of their shop (which prevents shoppers from accidentally entering), with comfortable workstations (tables & chairs), and great climate control.I highly recommend Blue Hen Quilt Shop!

She never disappoints!!I needed my bridesmaid dress altered for a wedding I was in. I’m no expert, but I knew that hemming my dress takes a lot of time, but more importantly, skill. I went straight to Brick City Stitch because I knew Rashidah had the skills to make this happen! Being quite short, there was quite a bit of material that needed to be altered. My dress also had horse hair at the bottom with very fine stitching. I didn’t give Rashidah much time, but she diligently worked to meet my deadline. When I tried on my dress, the length was perfect! I absolutely loved how the dress fit me overall. She even attached plastic guards on the straps of my dress so that they would not fall off my shoulders! I appreciated how she handled my dress with care.

Thomas was phenomenal! I appreciate his flexibility! I called on a Wednesday evening, around 6pm and was able to schedule an appt for Friday at 930am. He expressed grave knowledge throughout the service, and provided great recommendations specific to my home. He's so personable, efficient, and quick. The entire service took about 1.5hrs, and I have a 3000+ Sq. ft home. The price was EXTREMELY reasonable for a Preventive pest treatment, especially for today's economy. I was able to pay with my credit card via a link, which was easy and very convenient for me. I can't thank him enough for such a smooth experience. He really set the tone for future encounters. Every message felt professional but also super personable, which I really appreciated.Their setup was perfect for my daughter’s Sweet 16 — she really wanted a red rose wall, and they nailed it!
