We are a 5+ year customer of Duplicator Sales at our small business. We have always been very satisfied with the service and turnaround time. This company is one of the most reliable and honest of all the businesses I've had the pleasure to deal with in my 45 years as a Practice Manager. We have been extremely happy with this company for the past 4 years. Their service is top notch, from sales to maintenance. There is no hassle in communication. They don't hound you to upgrade and at the end of the year I get my favorite planner and I think that deserves 5 stars all day long! We recently upgraded our Ricoh. Matt Carter came to our office a couple times for servicing our old machine, and I was so impressed I requested him for the new installation. He is very professional; friendly; super informed/knowledgeable about what he's doing. We had a slight issue with faxing...he came back twice and got that issue resolved! I'd request him for every service call if I could. Also Corey Cooper (sales) has been very responsive and patient when I didn't understand something. It's only been a couple days, but it's already so much better for our office. This is a great team! Thank you :) We recently upgraded our Ricoh. When we needed to upgrade some of our office equipment they were so helpful in finding us just the things we needed and explaining every step of the process. I have been with this company since 2010. I love my Lexmark I purchased in 2010. Last month 7500 copies. I am a sole practitioner. My machine needs very little service maybe twice a year and I truly put it thru constant use. When I need service they are there the same day or the next day. Friendly, very knowledgeable employees.
