I drove to Louisville for work and foolishly hit a concrete median when I was trying to get in the left lane on Main Street and blew out my tire. I was staying at a downtown hotel and Googled tire places near me. Dustin told me if I could get my car there, they could help me. And they did. He found the one tire they had in stock that would work for my car. Christopher, who was the only mechanic working, replaced my tire and checked my rim. I am eternally grateful for their kindness and professionalism. If I lived here, this would be the only place I would get tired. As it is, I know that if I ever need help when I’m back in town for work, I can come there. I’m a car guy. When someone works on my car I check it over. When Firestone in Louisville balanced my tires, I took the car home and did what I always do after tire service, and that’s loosen and re-torque the wheels. Because as often as not, they’re either loose or grossly over-torqued with impact guns making them near impossible to change if you had to in the side of the road. These were perfect. Each one was obviously properly tightened and torqued. This tells me their technicians are conscientious, careful and professional with people’s cars. I’ve only been here a handful of times, once for tires and oil change, other times for oil change, but each time, anyone working were incredibly friendly and professional. I wasn’t trying to be upsold on anything, but was courteously reminded of normal service things needing to be done to keep my vehicle running well. An oil change and tire rotation had me in and out in about an hour. Jess was amazing w/ my tire service - I came in w/ only three hours to close and needed two of my tires replaced. I had a flat over the weekend and took my vehicle to Firestone first thing Monday morning. Tim the store manager was fantastic and very helpful. He let me drop it off, even though they looked very busy, and told me he would get it all taken care of as soon as possible. I love Firestone's email communication because they kept in constant contact with me with what the vehicle needed and then getting the approvals to do the work. Dustin contacted me and let me know the vehicle was ready near the end of the day and they had gotten everything done that they promised to get done.
