Every question I have is always answered, and she takes the time to make sure my prescription is 100% accurate.
She explains every detail of the examination and is committed to making sure I continue to have the best eyesight and eye health for life.
Emma, the optician, spent as much time as needed in order to make sure I had the frames and lenses just the way I wanted them.
Everyone there treats me like a valued patient and also like a friend.

Stevee was awesome. She found a pair of glasses for me that were a discontinued style from another location. Finding the right style of glasses can be difficult sometimes and i didn’t want to part with the current style i had. She also made sure to get the best deal possible for whatever add ons were needed for the glasses. Everyone is super kind and helpful at this location, I’ll be back for glasses next time i need them.

Dr. Jahnke and her whole staff are just lovely. I am consistently impressed at how thoroughly and thoughtfully they explain tests, procedures, and results. Dr. Jahnke showed me the images of the scans and talked me through exactly what those images and the data from the tests were showing. I left feeling really knowledgeable about my vision health and confident in the care I was receiving -- because I really understood it. This was my second visit at Best in Sight Eye Care - I wanted to leave a review for two people at the facility one being Theresa - I have very little confidence when it comes to picking up my glasses due to how poor my eyesight is and not being able to see what I look like in the frames. My best friend referred me to Theresa because she loved how good of a job she did. So even before I got to see the doctor today Theresa looked at me, evaluated my face shape and was kind and friendly and brought me several different frames to try on. Within minutes, I had the most perfect frame I have had in years on my face and it’s thanks to Theresa!! She was so friendly and so helpful and very accommodating when it came to knowing what I need and want when it comes to eyeglasses and even was able to help me find an affordable pair of sunglasses, which I have not had in 20 years!!! I highly recommend this facility and I also want to give a shout out to Dr. Huffman, who was so kind and so patient with

Dr. Forniss has been my eye doctor around 20 years now. We, thanks to her care and dedication, I say that because we are a team in my preserving my eye sight. She has detected signs and symptoms that I dismissed as bothersome that stopped problems before they became permanent damage. Not only do I trust her with my eyes, she takes care of my husband and children, too!

I have been working with Sabrina since February of 2022 and she has been very beneficial overall my health. I am post menopausal and did not want to take hormone replacement but found I was tired and had hot flashes. I have been able to manage my hot flashes and energy level is up. Sabrina took the time to listen to my needs and took my entire life style into consideration when coaching me. It did not happen overnight but with my commitment and her attention to my needs with her fast knowledge we were able to get me to were I needed to be for nutrition. Our next step is physical fitness coaching, which I am looking forward to.
She has been wonderful about working with me at my pace.
She cares and wants to see everyone be the best they are capable of!!!

Great place for college preparation for first generation, inner-city youth. My daughter is not a first gen, but she attends the Precious Miss workshop for minority girls. She has learned to "flex her melanin" from the many Afro-centric professionals that volunteer to help these girls find their own inner beauty. This is my second child to cross through their doors. They also offer a program for boys, tutoring, mentoring and college counseling. Scholarships for private schools and colleges are available to participants.
Just updating this post...my daughter is now in a junior in high school. She is participating in the Self-Discovery/ Career Exploration Program. The program is aimed at assisting youth with finding the right pathway towards their future. Why become a nurse if you are really destined to be a doctor? Students explore careers in various positions. This is the first program for the Energing Scholars Scholarship. Still a great program!
