We replaced both of our AC & heating units (upstairs and downstairs, inside and outside) and added whole house filters to both units in July 2020. I got three estimates from local contractors and found that Freedom had not only the best price but also the best maintenance plan. They've been servicing our units twice yearly since then. There were a few minor glitches along the way, but everything has been taken care of to our satisfaction with no problem. Their most recent visit was in June 2025. Their tech, Caleb, found a few issues, but cleaned and serviced all the units as part of Freedom's maintenance plan and we're ready for the summer! We would highly recommend both Freedom Heating and Cooling and their tech Caleb. 👍
