Spent my day driving around Indy looking for a specific model and year. As soon as I arrived to Auto Motors, I was greeted with excellent customer service. I asked Salma if she had the vehicle I was looking for, she did. She asked if I wanted to test drive it, I did. After test driving I told her I had another dealership to check out. Safe to say that Auto Motors had the cleanest vehicle and Salma made the process simple. I had a slight issue with my vehicle but the service team and management was quick to fix my issue. A coworker recommended Professional Automotive and I’m so glad they did! The service is incredibly fast, friendly, and fairly priced every single time. Even though there’s a shop closer to our house, they were overpriced or even made up issues but here I finally feel like I can trust what I’m being told and know the pricing is honest. They’re conveniently close to work, appointments are easy, and they always finish quicker than expected.
We’ll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend them to everyone!

Was the start of a good weekend until my waterpump went out on I-465... this is where the luck came in, got off on 56th street exit and sat to let it cool off, Google showed me Northeast Auto Service, after a call to them knew I had to get there, got a mile away and totally died, Julie sent a mechanic to see if I could jump the car to get it there, Alan came and looked and knew it wouldn't make it, Julie got the wrecker to me and got the car, spent the night at the quality inn, I'll review them later, Julie called me this morning and sent pictures, told her to proceed with repairs3 hours later after Alan repaired and test drove it I was back on the road. Thankful for Northeast Auto and the friends I made there. If I lived there I would take all my cars to them. Customer service was above par. The work done was above par and felt comfortable getting back behind the wheel and finishing my journey. Can't thank them enough!
