Carlos was the best! Even me not having the best credit he help me find banks that will help me with credit. One bank didn’t work but he was more then Helpful sending the banks my info and anything they needed. Not only keeping me informed, he was amazing. Almost though I wasn’t going to get the car but in the end it all worked out. I can’t thank thank Carlos enough. The best auto Salesman in MA, not out fist car we buy at Maxima!

Had a good experience with River Auto Sales buying my Mercedes-Benz. Cris was great to work with — very helpful, patient, and kept me updated during the process. The first bank took a while and didn’t end up funding, but once they switched to a second bank everything moved quickly. Registration was also easy and smooth. Overall happy with my purchase and would recommend them!

I normally see my step dad for all car things and have had bad experiences typically when dealing with other mechanics but they did amazing and didn't make me feel pressured to get other things done. Also the oil change wad done properly and nothing was missed and there's no oil leaking 😊 this will be my go to spot from now

I just moved to the area and needed work done on my truck right when I got here. I called Robinson’s and they were very nice and helpful on the phone. The pricing I was quoted for my truck was fair and reasonable. They were able to get me in the following week and my truck is better than ever now! Finding a good shop that isn’t over pricing the work is difficult (especially when your dad is a mechanic so you know what things should cost). I am so happy I found Robinsons and will definitely be going back for all my work on my truck going forward! Highly recommend!

He was excellent in describing the issues in away that I could easily understand. He also provided me with a written recap of everything he had told me. Brian saved me from making an $18,000 mistake! Had springs and shocks replaced on all four corners of my 2013 Lincoln MKS, all genuine Ford parts, no cheap knockoffs. They being busy, were upfront with telling me it may be more than a day in completion of the job but with the loaner they offered, it was no problem. Not my first time with this company, won’t be the last. Highly recommended.
