Today we begin net metering with Ameren, our local electrical company. I just wanted to provide some information about the installation and activation process.
We began speaking with Kyle Beath, our salesman, in mid-october of 2025 about installing solar panels on our roof. The panels were delivered on November 3rd and installed the very next day.
It took about 5 weeks for Ameren to review and approve the Lifetime Solar plan. From my first interaction and all through the project, Kyle stayed on top of the progress. Anytime I would call, he would pick up the phone. Anytime. I would text or email, he would usually respond immediately or at least within a few minutes. Kyle was very knowledgeable about solar and the process. When I had a question, and I had countless questions, he had answers. If he didn't know the answer, he would tell me and find the answer.
