A coworker recommended Professional Automotive and I’m so glad they did! The service is incredibly fast, friendly, and fairly priced every single time. Even though there’s a shop closer to our house, they were overpriced or even made up issues but here I finally feel like I can trust what I’m being told and know the pricing is honest. They’re conveniently close to work, appointments are easy, and they always finish quicker than expected.
We’ll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend them to everyone!

Was the start of a good weekend until my waterpump went out on I-465... this is where the luck came in, got off on 56th street exit and sat to let it cool off, Google showed me Northeast Auto Service, after a call to them knew I had to get there, got a mile away and totally died, Julie sent a mechanic to see if I could jump the car to get it there, Alan came and looked and knew it wouldn't make it, Julie got the wrecker to me and got the car, spent the night at the quality inn, I'll review them later, Julie called me this morning and sent pictures, told her to proceed with repairs3 hours later after Alan repaired and test drove it I was back on the road. Thankful for Northeast Auto and the friends I made there. If I lived there I would take all my cars to them. Customer service was above par. The work done was above par and felt comfortable getting back behind the wheel and finishing my journey. Can't thank them enough!

This was my second visit to Tyler Automotive. I went to subpar mechanics recently that I just didn’t trust and my car still didn't feel right after having my front and rear shocks and struts replaced with a wheel alignment. I had to have my car towed to Tyler’s Friday afternoon knowing they’re closed on the weekends. I called to let them know my car would be there at whatever time on Friday and whenever they manage to get to it was fine. Becky answered the phone and after I told her what was going on with my car, she let me know I would have to pay for the suspension check since I had the initial repairs done elsewhere - totally reasonable and 100% transparent.
I got a text at 2:11pm today to review what they found and they called a few minutes later to go over it and get permission to do what was needed. It was only $70 for the suspension inspection plus a free quality control inspection. They also fixed one of the tire valves for me and filled the front two that were shockingly low.

I had a wonderful experience with them. It's the first time I used their service and I loved the way they managed my business return and personal return. Very professional in conduct and very accommodating with your work schedule. Felt personally attended too unlike other online tax filing giants that I had been using so far. Gave me excellent advice on how to keep track of my business and personal expenses, gains, losses, etc to get optimum tax return avoiding any conflicts. Will be using them here on and I highly recommend them to anyone as they are quite reasonable as well.
