Everything about our experience was awesome! I was able to schedule an appointment quickly through text, which was perfect for me. Mr. Juan texted to let me know he was on the way (and early). He and another young man worked diligently to ensure the carpets were thoroughly cleaned including a tough spot thanks to our cat, and the payment was very fair. I have a senior long haired German shepherd mix who is scared of everything and difficult to work with. They did a great job with him and had lots of patience with him and he came home looking nice, smelling good, cleaned up and feeling better. My main concern was getting his mats out because he had a lot and I didn’t want him to have any pain or discomfort and I was pleased they were all gone when I picked him up! I can tell they are very experienced and knowledgeable with dogs! I would definitely recommend!

Dr. Fiser was very professional and answered questions to the point.He doesnt try to sell up or make you do unnenessary services.He was willing to do procedures with numbing injections for my 5 years old and not trying to sedate or put crowns on every single baby tooth like River Valley Pediatrics dentistry. He didnt even ask us if we preferried to be put to sleep or using laughing gas. He just went ahead with numbing. And this is how it is supposed to be!!I'm feel lucky to be able to find him. He was the 3rd dentist I went to and I will definitely stay and bring my whole family here. I did take my mom here and she was happy that he fixed tooth well!The staff was nice, kind and helpful. They ran the insurance and let me know the cost of the services and made sure I was ok with the cost before starting the procedures.The appointments were easy to make and I dont have to wait like months to get in. My son got an infected tooth and hurt, I called in the morning and they got me in right in

I’ve been to New Smile Dental a few times now and Dr. Lopez is fantastic. He has such a calming energy that makes you feel safe, which means a lot because I usually get anxious about dental work. Rashida is the sweetest dental assistant. She is supportive, kind, and always takes the time to explain things. Diana did my cleaning and when I say she really cleaned my teeth, I mean it! She was so thorough and I appreciated that so much. There’s also another assistant (can’t remember her name, sadly!) who always talks me through my anxiety, and it helps more than she probably knows.All around, the whole team here is top tier. They listen, they’re caring, and they make getting dental work done so much easier.

Dr. Simpson is by far one of the very best and most professional dentist I have ever been to. He is Awesome, he should be given the Dentist of the year award. My only regret is that I wish I had met him 30 years ago. He is very laid back and understanding. He makes everyone at ease and enjoyable to go to.
