I recently had my car serviced here and had a great experience and as an added bonus they have a sweet dog Mia who hangs out in the office. Any kind of car repair is never fun but the staff at Silzer were fantastic. They were very patient with me explaining each item that needed to be addressed and walked me through what should be done now and what I could wait on. I was never spoken down to despite asking several questions and I never felt like my questions or concerns were being dismissed. I brought my car in at 8am and it was ready to be picked up the next day by 10am.
Every person I spoke with for initial call, intake and pick up was incredibly nice and I will absolutely be coming back for any future car repairs.

I had the timing belt replaced on my 2013 TDI Passat. I scheduled a couple of weeks out, and they got it done the same day that I dropped it off. The staff was very professional, and I was informed of all pricing and services the whole way through. The price was also very reasonable; two other places quoted $500 to $1000 more, respectively, for the same job. If I have any other maintenance needs on this car or any other Euro car, I will come straight here, no questions asked.
