Phuoc Was awesome came in looked at my dishwasher and was like it’s the drain tube it’s clogged and probably within 10 mins or so it was up and draining and good to go !! Great customer service and very knowledgeable on what he doing

I'm not sure straightening the vent hose and cleaning out some lint is worth an extra $50 on top of the $129. Price reasonable until the 50 bucks was added.

Eric was very knowledgeable and was on time to fix dryer. 4 stars because he did not take old parts and we are stuck with parts we now have to try to get rid of

Eric did a fantastic job of fixing my washer. He had to clean up the mess of the previous service men, who left my laundry room a total mess and they couldn't fix it until the next week. So I was so happy when a different service man showed up and took the time to fix my washer and put everything back together. Thank-You, Eric
