I recently had the pleasure of working with Anita and Oscar at Aurora Fastprint, and they were just lovely on so many levels. Calls were answered promptly, I was never directed back through a website, and I received a genuine, caring human experience throughout my project. In this day and age of being perpetually told to download an app, engage with a chatbot, or otherwise avoid talking with a person, this is so sincerely appreciated.
I needed office signage produced and not only were they accommodating - quoting me multiple options - but they also proved timely, not only turning quotes around in very short order, but also producing a perfect final product in under 48 hours. Collaborating on the design of the website was surprisingly productive, we needed one or two additional rounds then was first planned and we ended up with a design we all agreed delivered on the requested notes. From brand to website, clean and fresh aesthetic. Our SEO performance was immediately light years improved and continued to grow. The team brought excellent ideas forward and worked well with our opinionated colleagues with clear vision and preferences. I personally enjoyed the 829 staff assigned to our projects and appreciated the ease of working with them through delivery and post delivery management. Contacted them early January, Ted was the one helping me with purchasing the vehicle, helped me figure out how to purchase from across the US, been in contact for almost 4 weeks, sent me videos of different vehicles and was very honest about the quality they put in to selling these cars. Very happy with his service to me. I really appreciate them making the car buying process so simple. Picked it up from Chicago and drove it all the way back to Houston, TX, (1,000 miles) with no issues at all. Vehicle ran perfect and had some small cosmetic things I fixed fairly cheap, have an Instagram page for it now and been getting a lot of reactions @titaniumfpiu, over 20+ people have contacted me and asked where I got this one from and I recommended y’all eve

Delgado's Auto Service is outstanding! My Lexus needed a new engine, and after calling several shops, most couldn't help or gave vague, expensive quotes. Juan at Delgado's took the time to explain everything clearly-- how the engine failed, what he needed to do, and what my options were.
He found replacement engine within 24 hours, gave me a fair estimate, completed the work in less than a week, and even included a warranty--he just asked that I bring it back for an oil check after 1000 miles. His honesty, professionalism, and detailed explanations made all the difference.
