I contacted Hornsby Law Group regarding a Georgia Open Records Act matter involving a complicated factual and procedural record. Although the firm ultimately declined to take the case on the fee structure I was seeking, Brandon Hornsby took the time to actually read what I sent, respond thoughtfully, and explain the firm’s position in a clear and professional way.
What stood out most was that he did not ignore the substance of the issue or send a generic brush-off. He gave a candid explanation of how his firm handles these cases, why contingency arrangements are uncommon in this area, and what other avenues might still be available. Even though the answer was not the one I wanted, I respected the honesty and the fact that he treated the matter seriously.

Started good. Got text messages right away. Took a few tried emails & texts messages with case mgr, but finally got answers and can mgr helping with all issues. I know they are a busy firm and that maybe why it took so many tried contacting until results. They are trying to help now that they understand my issues may not just be a ssd case, but a injury case as well. Hopefully they'll be able to help more than another firm. I do understand ss is a monster since our lovely leader has made changes that will only delay help for older citizens. Hopefully M&M will be the answer, but it's crazy how much people in badly needed help has to go thru to try and survive in this crazy world. Fingers crossed 🤞 they can help!!! I thought going thru cancer was Ruff, but this system is getting worse day by day with no relief in site. I pray to GOD that someone will fix this system that uses us citizens as finances to their own agendas with no regard to how they are support people in need!!! I will keep

We thank God that this Attorney had reciprocity between Texas & Athens, GA where my son lives now. We were very pleased that he would leave Athens, GA show up to court on time in Texas. Suited up & was very professional, knowledgeable & new the end & outs of how the courts worked. My son was looking at a year in jail but due time he waited in jail the attorney used his knowledge & wisdom to work a miracle. My son is now heading to the Navy reserve. Thank you!

We’ve been using Beyond The Curb for several years now, and they always do an amazing job!!! We always get lots of compliments about how nice our yard looks, and we are always happy to refer our neighbors to BTC. Peter really listened to what I wanted then his crew came and finished building a back patio within 1 day! I was a bit nervous as a woman alone at the house but the builders were extremely friendly and approachable. Will definitely be doing more work with them in the future

They built my fire pit area, flagstone patio, retaining wall, creek bed, new fence, along with the sod and plant install and I’m so in love with how it all turned out. They brought my vision to life and made sure I was happy with all the details. I appreciate the time Jose spent making sure it was exactly how I wanted, and was patient with how meticulous of a customer I am.
