Everyone has the good place and good cleaning comments. But I wanted to have a more in depth review that you don’t normally see on a dentist website. It took some time but working with Dr. Spaulding and my periodontist to control my periodontal disease is going to be a long journey but a good one. I went from not being able to smile as much to gaining my confidence back. McLean smiles will always be my go to for dental work. Thank you so much and the girls in office rock!

Dr. Marchi has been my two kids’ orthodontist since forever, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. My daughter was fitted for her braces here in addition to her behind the teeth straightener. My son is up next. She is patient, informative, easy to talk to, and provides a level of care service that is unmatched. But another very important detail is that the folks who work at her front office are also outstanding. They are sincerely courteous, respectful and calls are always returned. This speaks volumes about how Dr Marchi runs her practice and the high level of service she expects her staff to deliver to her patients and their families. Without a doubt it is exemplary care top down.

We had such a fantastic experience at Commerce Park Children’s Dentistry and Orthodontics! The entire staff was warm, patient, and so caring every step of the way. They truly took their time to make sure my child felt comfortable and understood what was happening.What made the visit extra special was the way they mixed fun with learning. They even showed a movie with care guidelines and then gave a little “test” afterward — it was hilarious, and we were all cracking up!
