Customer Sevice: Phenomenal, attendant on thursday 3/5/26 explained the card machine, how to load funds, recommended product to use in the machine, how each machine works. She (sorry i cant remember her name)was very knowledgeable on products as well as the machines. 10/10
Cleanliness: 10/10
Cost: Very affordable for load sizes and drying. The spin cycles are so good your clothes are nearly dry by the time you pull them out of the wash. Dryers are very quick, great time saver.
Products: I opted to use the provided laundry detergent and oxygen bleach, clothes were very clean as a result. I plan to use these again.
Environment: plenty of seating and table space while you wait for your laundry.
Notification: updated information about your laundry details are available on your phone when you sign into the desktop/app, which worked out perfectly when I ran to the store.
Safe, clean environment and a time saver. Highly recommend!

I somehow happened on to Sue's at least 4-5 years ago, maybe longer and I've been there ever since. I just don't trust anyone with my dogs, but they seem to be consistent, and a safe environment and as stress fee as possible for my 6 dogs. All my dogs are rescues of some sort and I do worry about their stress level when I drop them off, and I have had BAD experiences at other places #neveragain places you may know what I mean. Right now I have a 16 year old pom that they handle with care. They keep their own dogs in the salon and thats also cool in little fenced off areas. I'm glad to recommend them as a GREAT place to take your fur family. photos are just from yesterday, but I have lots more and my other 3 dogs too!

My dog chewy can be a handful when I try to give him a bath he loves the water as soon as I get him in the tub it's the process of getting him into the tub and taking him out of the tub and the amount of water that will be on my floor. So I found this place they provide everything including cutting Nails grooming and you get to wash your own dog. The best part is that I don't have to worry about soaking up 5 gal water for my dog. And that's not an understatement. The owners are great people, kind. I'm very helpful. They don't charge a lot of money for the amount of value they provide. I checked to see how much it would cost for me to get my dog just washed at a normal dog salon, and it was $150 for a wash and nothing else. I think these folks only charged me $20. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better deal.

My husband dropped my pups off for their appt today, and tbh we were a bit nervous because they had other dogs waiting already and had to kennel them together at the start. This was their first professional grooming, so we just were just nervous in general. But we picked them up and not only were they playing and having fun, but their coats looked AMAZING and so shiny! My Great Pyrenees loves to roll in dirt and if you know anything about their coats a regular bath rarely cuts it. But he was shiny, soft, and smelled like a dream.

I'm so happy that gem crest kennels exists. I have a German Shepherd. What is that is people friendly? However, not dog friendly. So most of the other boarders that socialize their pet Guests...it wouldn't work with my dog. On top of that, my german shepherd has separation anxiety. From the very first time I used gem crest kennels I had a great interaction and a great experience as well as my dog. Each boarding visit finished with one of their groom baths and nail clips. ( Which my dog absolutely hates getting her nails clipped by me? I have no idea how they did it.But they did a fabulous job)
I was worried that my dog was going to feel abandoned but when she came to me at the end, I felt like she was smiling like she had the best time. It really takes the worry away. we are so grateful. The staff is so loving and kind, an very professional. I can not say enough great things about them. They really understand the needs, and deliver 100 percent. Thank you!
