I recently visited Geist Marina, and it was a lovely experience. One of the highlights was spotting swans nesting, which added a touch of serenity to the already picturesque surroundings.

The instructors are highly trained and genuinely passionate about yoga, offering classes for all levels. I attended a restorative yoga session that left me feeling rejuvenated and centered. The class was perfectly paced, with an emphasis on mindfulness and proper alignment. The studio is well-equipped, with plenty of mats and props available. Great atmosphere! The instructors, people, all of it. I’m a beginner to yoga, but I felt so welcomed. Just finished my first week and went to 10 different classes. They are so creative with the class names on their app, it makes it more fun. I really enjoy Elizabeth’s restore class. She even applies essential oils on you during practice. Her music was affirmation music & it was just a cool experience. I’ll be coming here!

Invoke has felt like home to me since joining early last year. Everyone is so friendly & welcoming, & there's a wonderful array of class & instructor options. I especially appreciate everyone's invitational language & the encouragement to focus on & strengthen our own practice *outside* of the studio.
I also completed their 200-hour YTT program May 2024 & I could not speak more highly of the quality & variety of the curriculum & lead instructors. So grateful I signed up for their program & then became a Warrior member!

I had to go in for two tests and the staff were extremely pleasant. For some reason, my paperwork had not gotten to their office so I had to scramble to get it there. They worked with me to get it to them and calmed my nerves. So, front desk folks were kind and took good care of me. The folks who did my X-ray and Scan were delightful and pleasant making everything easier. I try to go to NWR for these kinds of thing because their care is great!

Mallow Run is a nice place to spend your afternoon. My husband and I visited for Valentine’s Day (one day late) and enjoyed 2 glasses of wine each. They offer soups and desserts, as well as various meats and cheeses. The atmosphere was nice and they had live music. We recommend the blueberry wine!

I was initially gravely concerned when the top review on this business featured the words "wine slushies" and when we got there I was somewhat put off by the cash register style experience instead of something more interactive with a server but a few sips into 2022 cab and I had forgotten all about that.
My wife and I enjoyed two hours of wine and conversation over a very well apportioned charcuterie board. I might even say the charcuterie board was a bit much for two people. The picture shows the board about three quarters eaten.
Might look into some of their more private experiences. Interested to go deeper with this winery.
