I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ms. Lucia and her studio! From the moment my daughter Emma joined, she’s been welcomed with so much love and patience. Watching her grow in confidence and joy each week has been a dream come true—especially as a mom who always hoped to see her little girl dancing in a tutu one day.The recent recital completely blew me away! I had no idea how big and beautifully organized it would be. Ms. Lucia somehow manages to choreograph routines for kids of all ages, teach with kindness and professionalism, and run a seamless event—while also supporting her own daughter’s performances. Truly inspiring.Highly Recommend!

Highly Recommended!I've have a fantastic experience at PMAFA! Master P and all of the others instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and truly dedicated to helping each student grow, both in skill and confidence. The classes are well-structured and welcoming to all ages and skill levels. My son Isaiah has gained discipline, fitness, and a second family here. This is the BEST decision we made joining this school. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to start or continue their martial arts journey. You will definitely feel welcome. Great location, excellent staff. We've been boating with Carefree for over five years. We get far more days of enjoyment in than by owning our boat. They maintain and refuel the boats for you so you're not spending two hours waiting at the Westport gas dock on a weekend. Highly recommend if you're interested in small (21 to 25-feet) powerboating.

Such a calm place to go to when you need a calm moment! It's also an even better place to walk and take photos! It's so clean, the area is great as they are expanding the area. This is such a beautiful hidden gem within Bridgeport, with such a wonderful history. Come here, listen to the boat horns, the sea, everyone is so friendly, burn some calories by walking the area, and live in the moment while being here.

Man oh man, this place is amazing. I highly recommend their sound bowl sessions to all people, and especially to those who already enjoy meditation and breath work. I found really amazing depth in my awareness throughout and after my most recent session with the Center. And more than anything, Margaret and Elizabeth are so good at delivering the sound bath experience. They do such essential work, and I highly recommend seeking them if you would like a spiritual/mental/emotional shift in your being.

Staff is so nice and the wines are the best! One of my favorite wineries in this area of Connecticut. I’ve only been in the winter and the inside is very cozy and inviting. Always found a seat! Their red wines are my favorite. Would love to come back in the summer when we could sit outside. 10/10
