From our very first visit, Monarch Dental treated my husband and me like family. We were met with professionalism, genuine care, and thoughtful consideration throughout the entire experience. My husband came in for extractions, replacements, and a deep cleaning, and Crystal Viegas, her assistant Jada, and Debbie exceeded every expectation.Communication was clear and thorough at every step. They made sure we were comfortable with each service being performed and consistently kept me informed during his procedures, reassuring me that everything was going well.Honestly, Crystal and her team should be the face of Monarch Dental. We walked in feeling skeptical and walked out feeling like part of a family. I have never had such an exceptional experience with a dental provider.Although I previously went to a different dental office, after visiting Monarch with my husband, I will be switching to Monarch myself. The experience was truly phenomenal.
