In searching on the Juki web site for a dealer, I found two option each 180 miles away. I sent both dealers an email. I heard from Quilters HQ in Overland Park within 24 hours and the other, over a month later.
Being a new quilter, I had many question and Joan was an excellent resource! With her three stores, she is very familiar and experienced with a large selection of sewing machine brands. After many helpful emails, I was confident that I made the right decision in the long arm machine and more importantly, Quilters HQ as a company. They have excellent customer service! I know if I have any questions, Quilters HQ is only a phone call away.
I placed the order for my machine over the phone and within a few weeks, my new Juki Long Arm was delivered to my door and ready to use.
Quilters HQ is a great resource, they have a weekly live show to introduce new fabrics, notions, demos and store specials. Quilters HQ is very welcoming and treat their customers like a community!

I have never seen anything like this pharmacy before. This place has real heart and soul and represents “community” in the truest sense.
The pharmacist and staff greet their customers by name as they walk in, ask after their families, know their histories, enjoy chatting & clearly genuinely care about their patients - all while being incredibly quick & efficient at filling scripts.
Ken and his staff are helpful, kind and never seem put out to answer questions. Everyone I’ve seen come through the doors is happy to be there and engage with the staff.
The vibe of this place is wonderful. It’s a whole other world compared to the miserable experience of chain pharmacies. No one should go to a CVS, Walgreens or Walmart when we could support independent pharmacies run by real people who actually care and want to be part of their community.

Manny from Blue Beetle Pest Control was the technician who performed my service yesterday. I have always had great techs but he was the real deal.
He was very professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable.
Manny was at my residence for over an hour and addressed my mouse problem with all the devices at his disposal. He looked everywhere inside and out and may have found the entrance point for the mice.
