I highly recommend Roof Buddy services to anyone needing to get a new roof. Good price and good service. My roof was 17 years old and started to leak. David Kohanzad and Houman Laaly helped me get everything set up. They answered all my inquiries and went over all the details of the work that would be required to put my mind at ease.After organizing everything (inspection, materials, delivery, scheduling, etc.), it only took two days to remove the old roof and install a new one. Just in time, because it started raining the week after. A good quality assurance test. Sat in my attic for 20 minutes and there were no leaks. I posted the before and after photos of my roof. The old one had the scoop vents sticking out, while the new one has the flat and more flush type vents.Fun fact, Roof Buddy does more than just roofs. In a couple of weeks, I’m getting a bathroom window swapped out and a new bathroom ceiling put in since the rain damaged the old one. I also have a 50-year warranty on my r

This place is fantastic.I love the vibes of the interior and outdoor patio. My only gripe is how loud the music is inside. I'm so glad we chose to sit outside but the inside is so gorgeous that the music really drowns out the aesthetic.We started with the kanpachi crudo which was pretty disappointing. The sauce was a basic lime citrus, there was hardly a sesame flavor and the pomegranates didn't add much. The kanpachi was way too firm and not a softer meat like it should be and lacked flavor itself.But the saving grace was the star of the show - the pizzas.We ordered a margherita nonna style and the market special which today was the carbonara.the crust on both is phenomenal! So crispy crunchy on the exterior with a chewy airy interior that is doughy but light. It's truly a fantastic crust.The margherita was executed perfectly but the nonna style which is just a calabrian chili paste on top isn't really worth the $2 extra. I absolutely love working with Alexandra! I've done family Christmas photoshoots with her for the last 3 years in her studio. It's absolutely perfect, it's an enclosed dog and kid friendly space, makes it easy to have the dogs and the toddler from being distracted like they would be outside. She has several holiday backgrounds available and changes them each year. The studio is spacious, has a changing room & parking, very convenient.I love Alexandra's style and vision. There's balance and artistry in her shots, and she captures the beautiful photos by being patient and kind. She's a pleasure to work with. Also, I loooove the fact that she helps with posing, attention to detail like chin up, or shoulder forward is what makes a perfect picture.

Had a phenomenal experience with Shantell. As most actors do, before taking headshots I had done extensive preparation on how I would approach my facial expression, poses, etc.But after Shantell and I discussed the looks at the top of my session, I was able to throw that all away and just focus on being present. She guided me, made me feel extremely comfortable, and was very patient/provided positive energy. My reps were absolutely blown away by my shoot!
