US Power was an excellent solar partner and we are relieved we selected US Power at a moment when we almost decided not to install solar.It was a chaotic time in solar installation. Many residents were rushing to get their projects done before the end of 2025 when the solar credit was disappearing. So installers were over-scheduling and over-promising. With contractors you can imagine that means they were promising installs and permits to be straight forward, and estimates of solar generation to be accurate. We had bids from 3 companies, but decided not to move forward because most seemed disorganized, rushed, and wanted nonrefundable deposits even if they couldn't finish the install before the end of the year. But then US Power appeared out of nowhere. They were knowledgeable and use the most sophisticated software to estimate proper placement of panels. As a US manufacturer, they gave us confidence that they would be able to stand by their 30 year warranty and weather the storm after

I highly recommend Roof Buddy services to anyone needing to get a new roof. Good price and good service. My roof was 17 years old and started to leak. David Kohanzad and Houman Laaly helped me get everything set up. They answered all my inquiries and went over all the details of the work that would be required to put my mind at ease.After organizing everything (inspection, materials, delivery, scheduling, etc.), it only took two days to remove the old roof and install a new one. Just in time, because it started raining the week after. A good quality assurance test. Sat in my attic for 20 minutes and there were no leaks. I posted the before and after photos of my roof. The old one had the scoop vents sticking out, while the new one has the flat and more flush type vents.Fun fact, Roof Buddy does more than just roofs. In a couple of weeks, I’m getting a bathroom window swapped out and a new bathroom ceiling put in since the rain damaged the old one. I also have a 50-year warranty on my r

I'm so glad we chose to sit outside but the inside is so gorgeous that the music really drowns out the aesthetic.We started with the kanpachi crudo which was pretty disappointing. The sauce was a basic lime citrus, there was hardly a sesame flavor and the pomegranates didn't add much. The kanpachi was way too firm and not a softer meat like it should be and lacked flavor itself.But the saving grace was the star of the show - the pizzas.We ordered a margherita nonna style and the market special which today was the carbonara.the crust on both is phenomenal! So crispy crunchy on the exterior with a chewy airy interior that is doughy but light. It's truly a fantastic crust.The margherita was executed perfectly but the nonna style which is just a calabrian chili paste on top isn't really worth the $2 extra.
